One of the reasons I chose to become a leader is that I wanted to lead a life that I felt matters, and I wanted to succeed at the right things, not the wrong things. When I discovered that my unique life purpose is to empower aspiring, struggling, and overwhelmed leaders to reach their potential, it brought even more meaning to my life and chosen career. 

According to Jeff Goins, “The path to your life’s work is both difficult and mysterious, which is why few finish the journey.” His book,  The Art of Work, will help you discover your true calling—that thing you were born to do.
